Not friendly for visitors. Garage is very narrow and unable to use for storage space. Lots of ants on top floor 2nd floor apartment showing already.

Assistant manager was very polite professional and friendly..very knowledgeable and took the time to show us entire property..

I gave 2 stars for my experience. The stars go to the beauty of the property itself—the high-end finishes, thoughtfully designed amenities, and the overall appeal of the community. I truly see this as a place I would love to call home.The reason I didn’t rate higher is because my leasing experience has left me with more uncertainty than confidence. Prior to scheduling my tour, I had already emailed the leasing address listed on the website and even completed an online application in the resident portal, but I never received a response. Due to this, I scheduled a tour for 1:30 PM on Tuesday, 9/10/25. My appointment was pushed back to 4:30, which I understood, but when I arrived the leasing agent was not ready for me, called me by another customer’s name, and wore sunglasses throughout the entire interaction—even indoors. Their desk faces the wall, so I was seated behind them while they typed, with the sun glaring in my eyes. I was never given a business card, and overall, the agent didn’t seem interested in meeting my needs or hearing about why I wanted to move there.The tour itself was rushed and incomplete. The agent seemed focused on showing me only the “mini model,” which happened to be a ground-floor unit with an attached garage and extended patio (features I am most interested in). However, my understanding is that these will not be available in the affordable housing program, which made the tour feel less relevant to my situation. I was not shown all of the amenities I had researched online, and I left without clear next steps regarding the affordable housing process.When I asked about affordable units, I was told that once the next unit is released, they will reach out to interested applicants, and whoever gets everything approved first will secure it. While I understand that the unit must be shown before leasing, I was surprised to learn there is no waiting list. I currently rent an affordable unit at AMLI Spanish Hills in Camarillo and have been through the process before—it was far more organized and transparent than what was explained to me here. Given the lack of communication so far, I do not feel confident that I will be contacted when the next affordable unit becomes available. This is especially concerning because logistics are involved in moving—such as properly timing the end of my current lease, ensuring financial readiness, and planning the transition smoothly. Without clear communication, it’s very difficult to prepare responsibly.Following the tour, I sent a detailed email with specific questions (about affordable floorplans, EV garages, promotions, utilities, deposits, etc.) but have not received a reply. I am still very interested in this community and would like to better understand my options, but the lack of communication makes it difficult to move forward with confidence.I hope this feedback is helpful because the property is stunning, and I would love the opportunity to rent here if the communication and follow-through improve.

Too pricey for what is offered
