Consistent and timely communication. We had to follow up multiple times to get answers to straightforward questions (e.g. is it possible to get two parking spaces, why isn’t my dog listed on the lease, etc.) We felt that promises were made verbally but it was difficult to get follow through. Additionally, staff should be able to anticipate certain questions and guide new residents through the move in process. We felt unsure about next steps throughout the process (access to the residents portal, receiving an executed copy of the lease, which parking spaces were ours, etc). We felt that staff was friendly, but the process of signing the lease and moving in was unnecessarily difficult due to lack of communication and follow through. We received the executed lease past our move in date, which made it impossible for us to occupy the unit as we needed the document to set up internet services and work remotely. Upon moving in, the apartment floors had a layer of grime present. The toilet and bathroom fan were nonfunctional. The microwave was missing its turntable, the front door ring camera missing its backplate, and kitchen window missing its handle. The laundry door, kitchen window, and floors were damaged, despite being noted upon touring the apartment. Other scratches and dents are visible on the ceiling above the bedroom fan, on the pendant lamp shade in the kitchen, and on the bathroom countertop. Overall we felt that the team did not support the move in process, and instead, we had to push it along and insist that things were handled. We feel that all communication and progress had to be prompted by us.

Maintenance team (Jesus?) is so wonderful. Polite, considerate, and very responsive! It makes me feel great about choosing this property!
