This neighborhood is supposed to be smoke free and there is way to many people that smoke. Please I’m begging for you to handle it and actually uphold the terms of leases

Clean, customer service was good. Representative was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The community is amazing the apartment was great and the guide was friendly , knowledgeable and super helpful.

Rent should be lower! The Austin market is seeing huge rent decreases, in order to see more tenants, lower rent is required. Prices are not reflective of the current supply and demand.

The community and grounds got worse over time. Parking and expense were high for the quality of home.Maintenance always great.

I would like to see the grounds in better shape. There are dead branches, bushes and trees on the property. There is trash and dog poop all over as well. There needs to be a way to hold the inhabitants accountable for keeping up the property.

The only issue would be the parking.

When I came to Austin to find an apartment I looked at about 12-13 places and Callista was the 3rd one I looked at. When I walked into the 2 bedroom model that would end up being mine, I know I had finally made it home for the first time. I love living here. I’ve done the search and there really is nowhere else in Austin that can beat the Callista Hills Country Apartment. I’ll be staying for awhile.

It’d be great to have another treadmill in the gym and lower temperatures, especially in the summer!!
