Leasing office is not kind or helpful. Anytime I have an issue, I am met with attitude and no support. The parking is horrible and they continue to make it worse. Should not be as expensive as it is for what you get.

Rent should be lower! The Austin market is seeing huge rent decreases, in order to see more tenants, lower rent is required. Prices are not reflective of the current supply and demand.
