Staff was friendly but the unit felt very dirty and smelly

They had a very nice community and it seemed very spacious when I toured the apartment. Would love to live there if they had more options available

Great hospitality they were able to answer all the questions I needed to know effortlessly! Very much recommend looking into this complex they are amazing at what they do!

Our tour guide was very thorough during the tour. He answered all of our questions and gave us all the information we needed to know to start our applications. He showed us around the complex and we were able to tour the floor plan we are interested in.

Besides the latino guy digging through the mail trash can and my car being broken into and my banking information being stolen here only 2 months into my lease the community is not safe it is a very good looking community apartments are beautiful staff is great but ts not safr for peoples personal information and i have video footage of the mail incident to

We need cameras around the complex, police patrolling or sitting at the clubhouse for our safety!! The complex next to us does this, why not us?The dog park could use some lights, dog toys, water bowls, etc. it’s very sad. Better communication from managment. We don’t want to know a day before that you will be closed, etc. let us know a week before and then a few days before. More community events! Celebrate national cookie day with cookies. 5 de mayo day with a taco bar. Fun stuff like that! We are a non-smoking community but there are people smoking here everyday. Literally are cigarettes in the halls around balconies which are very noticeable but seems like nothing is being done. Same goes with peoples balconies being cluttered with clothes, couches, trash, etc. it makes the complex look unpleasant but nothing has been done other than you sending out emails but they’re still there. I would like where i live to reflect my lifestyle and right now that’s not happening especially with the price i pay.

Poop everywhere around complex. Aggressive dogs. Management does not care about their residents happiness unless it involves money.
