Inez and Alexis are the absolute best! They have excellent customer service skills. And always address concerns promptly. I am so happy I live in a community that makes me feel valued and heard. The maintenance team is also exceptionally good at their work. Dewyn and Paul are always friendly and helpful

Alexis is your only friendly leasing staff. The rest are like bankers. Security gates are broken most days, you never followed through with power washing. I’ve had my stuff in for two months and it’s still dirty so I gave up waiting, I am about to do it myself. And there is zero community here. Crepes twice but who the hell wants crepes. It’s evident through all the threatening emails about decorating patios that all you care about is money. Not people and not community.

The pool skimmer lids are not secured properly, which caused me to break my ankle in july. My vehicle got broken into two different times. The gates almost never worked properly.
