Alexis is phenomenal! She is ALWAYS pleasant, professional, and personable. I don't know who the office manager is. They don't stay very long. One of the office staff (Hispanic male) isn't very friendly at all in my opinion. He answers questions, but there is no smile, no interaction, and the few times I have called or been to the office, he seems consistently annoyed. There have been several times, when I am leaving for work that there are trash bags lying along the driveway, as if they may have fallen off the truck.

The office staff and maintenance are always very nice and helpful when I have any concerns or questions.

If the pool issue and parking situation were resolved then I would definitely stay. It’s such a shame we have such a great pool that can’t be used. I used to live going for night swims, but that’s no longer an option because of the disrespectful parties. I hate finding garbage, glass and food on the ground after the same groups conquer and abuse the pool.

I’ve had several uncomfortable experiences during my time here with homeless people hanging around the clubhouse and harassing to the point of calling the police. We’ve also had times where an unstable tenant was on back porches trying to get in. I just never felt safe as a single female living on the first floor.
