Some of my work reguests are still undone..

Send out notice for tenants to upkeep space.Fines for those having kids throwing paper down to allow time for maintenance to work on units instead of paper grounds.Hire tow companies to monitor stickers on registered stickers. Gives maintenance more attractive security on property.Sending out notice of semi annual or annually inspection of units helps maintenance upkeep on service request before submission.
