I have not received any confirmation email to be able to rent an apartment, I went to the offices and they did not give me any information, but it is a nice place and I would like to have information to be able to rent an apartment.

Ive been trying to get ahold of someone here for almost three weeks now to schedule a showing of your apartments and can not get in touch with a single person even DURING business hours nor do i ever receive a call back after leaving messages. So far your property management team is extremely poor at doing their jobs and it will most likely result with me renting from somewhere else.
