Great staff! Friendly and professional. I always feel safe having packages sent here too. The facilities are always clean and well lit as well.

I think Canton Self Storage at one point was one of the best around. Now, I’d say I probably wouldn’t go back. There is only one elevator that takes forever. The staff isn’t as friendly as they once were.

Staff was very nice to deal with and the place was convenient without issues to park and gain access. An extra hour in the evening would have been helpful to have better access to my storage.

That score is exclusively related to the par excellent staff at the Canton, Baltimore MD location.If you want to talk about rates for a unit 5'x5' for a 20ish year client, the score would be very different.
