Staff was very nice to deal with and the place was convenient without issues to park and gain access. An extra hour in the evening would have been helpful to have better access to my storage.

That score is exclusively related to the par excellent staff at the Canton, Baltimore MD location.If you want to talk about rates for a unit 5'x5' for a 20ish year client, the score would be very different.

Sue was absolutely lovely to chat with over the phone when booking the unit and made the whole process of getting the unit super easy. I was in a bit of a pinch prior to finding this site because I had to move last minute and I’m so glad I found this place. Lots of supplies to help with moving and the whole place is super clean (was very grateful for this bc I was worried about leaving some of my nicer furniture in a storage unit). Also the online instructions were very user friendly and added bonus was getting to see the natty boh tower up close and personal :)
