As always, the maintenance crew here at Canyon Country Villas is amazing. I made a phone call they came within 2 hours for the part in that was needed and left within 20 minutes.

My only complaint is that smoking is allowed outside and on patios. The women below me smokes on her patio and the smoke goes directly up and into my apartment when my windows are open. The smoke will get trapped in my apartment and it can be very strong. It's almost like someone is smoking in the apartment. I brought this up with the office once and they said they are allowed to smoke outside. I didn't mention it was on the patio, but I was surprised that smoking was allowed on the apartment grounds.

Every time maintenance comes in, they are very courteous. They smile and go right to the job and are finished in amazing time.

I fixed it myself

The window was not fixed I was just given locks to put on the window frame. This concerns me because this window is to my sons bedroom. But the staff was very nice.
