The maintenance people here are very awesome. They respond immediately and this was the case on this maintenance issue. Canyon Country Villas is an awesome very awesome place to live.

The Leasing Associate was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful with answering all my questions. She was very helpful showing me around. The only complaint I have is that the apartments had an unpleasant odor. The Leasing Associate went over how the maintenance department can fix the issue, and I appreciated that.

I would recommend this community. I have made great friends with my neighbors and we look out for each other. It’s quiet and clean. Plus, you can’t beat the view!
