Ernesto was very patient, helpful and courteous.

Rent increase yearly is too high. New trash contract with the city is being billed more than is necessary and before it has begun said improvements and/or changes . Pet restrictions and owner responsibility to pick up the waste not being unforced.

I love my apartment and community overall. I think the pool and gym are a great amenity. I cherish the good ac, although the tandem garage took awhile to become accustom to.

I would recommend this community because they have friendly staff just waiting to help you in whatever you need. Every person I have spoken to has been helpful and kind. The maintenance staff comes over very respectful and kind and leaves my home clean. My washer and dryer are working like they were new! Thanks, Canyon Country Villas!

The office maintenance has always gone above and beyond for us, with a kind and serving attitude. However in our last several requests to fix black mold appearing in our bathrooms, kintchens, kids bedroom, & ventilation, the staff has been instructed that they cannot do more than paint or clean. There are some serious issues revolving around water leaking into the complex’s units, by unsealed windows and unclean ventilation. It’s not maintenance fault, but we are not getting anywhere by painting over black mold… It appears every week and we need to clean. I’ve notified the office and they continually evade by sending over contractors, who ALSO AGREE, there’s issues with windows and ventilation. Or the office has twice, ‘adding us to a list’ to receive new windows… We have loved this complex and are very disappointed in where it’s been heading. Please bring attention to this complex and fix the remaining black mold issues!

Office personnel/maintenance crew respond quickly to any problems that occur.
