I see that I have a charge for final utilities but when I payed my $500 there was an additional $60 for my “final utilities” added with it too

I have been trying to resolve the issues with the fire and life safety systems at Canyon Flats Apartments through multiple people and now they will not respond to emails. This will have to be turned in to the AHJ Monday morning. I have already held out legal department off for over 2 months. I need someone to call me today.

I was charged rent for December as part of my final move out expenses, but I already paid rent for December. Attached is the receipt for December that I paid on 12/1/25. Attached is also the FMO expenses as reference. It appears it is using my deposit toward the rent charge, even though I already paid rent for the month of December. Thank you for your time.

I have now tried to get ahold of someone for about the dozenth time. I keep getting notices for $150 on an account. When I moved out the manager told me not to worry about the $100 late key drop off. I am not paying it and I want it removed. I have pictures of my attempts of trying to contact you to get this resolved. So handle this and email me with the correct balance.

I was hired by your company and have not been paid. Canyon flats Please call me

When I moved out I was told I was not going to be charged a late key drop off. I moved out in August and was charged a late key drop off. I have contacted you over 10 times to tell you I am not paying $100 for a late key drop off. That is absolutely ridiculous. If you want the $50 from me for the carpet cleaning, then I want the $100 taken off the account. I will be looking for your response to this email.

We are trying to get a rental reference for a week now and the Manager is avoiding us! I will be contacting Bob Clark tomorrow. Please have someone send us the rental verification.

I successfully referred four friends to apply for resident and they’ve move but I have not yet received my referral discount? I am reaching out as it over a month I have been following up on this. Here are the names of the people I referred Mavis Esaawa Turkson Beatrice Gyampo Joshua Okyere  Gideon Odonkor Looking forward to hearing back.

I moved out of canyon flats back in August. I had constant issues with management not handling a roommate who should’ve been kicked out due to verbal assault against me. When I moved out I was not made aware of what time the key had to be returned. I returned it by the end of the business day due to me being at work. When returning the key I spoke with management about my concern about a late charge. He assured me everything was okay and not to worry. Sense then I was charged the $100 late key charge which I had explained to him at drop off I was not paying. I have tried to get in contact with management 5 times. By email, text and call. To no luck no one has gotten back to me. I want the $100 late key drop off charge taken off my account before I make the $50 payment for the carpet cleaning. Thank you!

Dear Property Manager, I am writing regarding the final statement for my tenancy at Canyon Flats, unit 217-A, dated 7/31/25. I noticed that a cleaning fee of $37.50 has been charged to my account. I would like to respectfully contest this charge. Before vacating the room, I ensured that it was thoroughly cleaned, including vacuuming/mopping floors, wiping surfaces, removing trash, etc. The condition of the room at the time of my departure was clean and ready for the next occupant. Given the state in which I left the premises, I believe the additional cleaning charges are not justified and therefore request that this fee be waived or reviewed. If there are specific details or evidence indicating that the room required professional cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, I kindly ask that you provide documentation or photographs to support this charge. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response. Sincerely, Dylan Collin
