Hi! So I tried to set up a payment plan for September 1st instead of July 1st and I was charged today.

The cleaning charges are standard cleaning for a typical turn around. When I moved out there was no visible ring in the toilet. Other than that nothing was in major distress to be charged for.

To summarize the problem, I've been charged 650$ for maintenance for something that I believe costs less than 200$.. that being said.. I believe I'm not the responsible one for this damage and I shouldn't even been responsible for the payment.. but even if I accept the payment, I do not accept at all the itemized breakdown.

I am disputing these charges because I requested maintenance multiple times and not once did they show up for the apartment and they registered the orders as finished when they never showed up .

I was hoping if i can pay rent the entire amount of my rent by the 27th due to my job situation a lot has been going on.

I went into the office when he signed his second lease and was removed as guarantor. The manager Megan is who I delt with.

I need to speak to the mangement regarding my son reservation.

I see that I have a charge for final utilities but when I payed my $500 there was an additional $60 for my “final utilities” added with it too

I have been trying to resolve the issues with the fire and life safety systems at Canyon Flats Apartments through multiple people and now they will not respond to emails. This will have to be turned in to the AHJ Monday morning. I have already held out legal department off for over 2 months. I need someone to call me today.
