Good Morning,There seems to be an error on my account. I was told that the roommate with the cats had to be issued the cost of the damage and I was not going to pay anything. Can I please get my money refunded that I paid because I did not have any damage in my room which was inspected by your employees and then locked as I was told that on another visit they came to check the room with the bad carpet “Emma’s Room” and I was told again I will not be charged. The other roommate at this apartment Emma and her boyfriend had the cats as per their addition to animals in their lease. The animals never stepped one foot in my room.My information is Tiffany Allegra CampozanoLease #15161033Unit 224-BThe picture I was presented showed the said roommate's cats locked in her room as well.

Your establishment has been randomly selected to participate in a mandatory report for the Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) program, conducted in collaboration with the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).This program provides critical data used to inform public policies, develop training programs, spur interest for occupations and support planning for the future. Please forward this email to the appropriate person in your organization who can assist with providing data for Nevada-based employees. I am happy to work with you to complete this report and ensure that this essential economic data is collected.Thank you for your cooperation.Best regards,

Hello! I am currently living in one of your properties, Canyon Flats, in Reno, Nevada. I moved in one month ago, and I have to say I am unpleased. Our hall reeks of dog pee, our elevator doesn’t work, and our garage is open 24/7, causing non residents to park, which makes it very difficult for residents to find a spot. The office never answers the phone, even when they aren’t busy. They take almost a week to put our mail in the mailboxes, which isn’t convenient when there are time sensitive letters. Today, the internet is down, and it’s very inconvenient since we are students and can’t even access our homework. The office didn’t give us any notice that the internet was going to be down, which further proves my point that communication is almost impossible with them. Please help us gain back our amenities that we pay for, and for the office to be more vigilant and responsive to the residents. Thank you
