Parking is a nightmare. When we lost street parking to the bike lane, no accommodations were made to help the residents that used to park there. There are not enough guest parking spots for families with more than one vehicle. People have begun to park illegally and in parkings lots that aren't accompanied by their buildings taking away the parking for the actual residents of those buildings parking lot.

This place is great!! If we get a pool, that would be dope!! Not sure where though, but anything is possible!!!

I saw people throw away trash and no parking space except 1 parking space. Now days most family has 2 or more cars

These apts should have central heating and air for the price that you all are charging for rent. You all half ass fixed my bathroom! I think it sucks here honestly. I only stay because of hud housing, and the rent is cheaper that way.
