I really enjoyed the therapy here in the facility, they are very good in what they do, provided me with copies with home exercises. Nurses are helpful. Thank you everyone!

My dad was spoiled by the staff here. The nurses and CNA are so good to him. My dad feels a look a lot better even for the short period of time tha he was here. Thank you to Leslie for the quick process with the discharge, she is very easy to deal with and took care of what we needed. Thanks to the PT and OT that worked with him.

Stay is good, I get along with all the nurses here and they attend to my needs, CNA made me take a shower on time and I didn't need to wait. Leslie did a fantastic job in helping me with my discharge and she even helped me to get an uber because my nephew will not be able to pick me up. Thank you all.

My mom was very happy here, no complain, except she missed the home made food, she missed being home and she was very excited to find out that she was going home. Staff here are very attentive to my moms need. Thank you!

My father was only here for a week, he was really weak and I could see the difference, he is a lot stronger and have more energy. Nurses are excellent I love them and they spoiled my dad. Leslie did an excellent job with the discharge, no complain.

This is my husband's fifth admission to Canyon Springs, he came before the new roof, new upgraded floors, new paint and attractive furnitures. He came back again and again to a home away from home. My family uses the name care home for your facility because everyone truly cares. What makes Canyon Springs a place for your love ones is the staff, nurses and therapist are all on the FORE FRONT of patient care. The coordination of all the department ensures quality of care. When you smile with your heart it speaks all languages....Canyon Springs smiles!! Thank you all!
