I was told that if I didn’t agree to having a service done that it would be noted on my account that I refused the service. Additionally if something happened to that particular part of my vehicle, the warranty would be null and void.I’m not sure if a multi-inspection was done. My trust level went from 10 to zero.I’m not sure how to answer this because I feel that I was pressured into a particular decision without knowing all the details.Once I was told the total charges, I questioned the representative. His explanation didn’t make sense to me so we went back and forth until he finally asked me to speak with the manager.I was told once I entered the facility that I had at least an hour or more for an oil change.

I just wish I could’ve got my payments a little bit lower but overall everything was beautiful as wellI expected to be high, but not as high as a house payment I see it like that so it was a little more than what I wasn’t participatingThe customer service was great. It was beyond what you expect, but they went overboard and I love that they treated me like a queen.
