The employees were very nice and courteous. Finished my car in a timely matter.

Your service department waiting/seating area is functional [ like a mechanic shop] and does not reflect an appreciation for my [and other buyers'] loyalty as compared to the waiting area for prospective buyers. This is evident especially because service customers usual waiting period is generally longer than for prospective buyers.Difficult to reach the service department by phone to make an appointment. Has an outdated voice mail that goes to noone. Had to drive there in person to obtain an appointment.
