The service was excellent, but your bathrooms need to be checked a little more often.Dave is the reason I keep coming. He has a great personality, the best service I have ever had. He really makes you feel like all your concerns really matter. He explains in detail what you need. Answers any questions I have regardless how crazy they may sound. He showed me the filters that needed replacement, He also showed me the printout why I needed alignment (I really appreciated that since I hit a pot hole the week prior and my tires are only have 10,000 miles on them. He also explain why I needed back brakes and explained that my brakes measure a 1 and driving on them was not safe.

My experience with the sales and service departments has been fine. The facility could use some remodeling.Once again my visit to the Capital City dealership was a good one. This last visit was for routine maintenance (Oil / filter chance & Tire rotation). An inspection found that I needed rear brake pads replaced. This repair then found a warranty repair of the brake caliper. Service advisor Dave Sanks provided me with a rental vehicle, since the parts had to be ordered. Dave once again handled this situation great!
