I have no complaints. I’ve always received excellent service.Mitsubishi’s employees have always been friendly, efficient and respectful. Each time I have come in they are ready for me and complete the job in a timely manner. I appreciate the clean and well appointed customer waiting room.

Took two hours for an oil change.AC must have been out so it was a mix of hot and somewhat cool at times. The coke vending machine didn't work.People were polite, kind and helpful. Just took a long time and the pop machine didn't work.No one would answer the phone. Took a while to get a person to talk to.

Was told one price and charged much moreI called about a lost key and was told over the phone the replacement key was 299.00 when I drove to your dealership it. Was 465,00 and did not even have the key only the remote the key which was not in stock would have been another 89,00 dollars.

Everything was just wonderful!The windshield was not cleaned on the inside and the clock was not set. BUT! My over all experience was amazing.I have to say I’m so sorry but I cannot remember the F&I or sales managers name. But again I was treated with respect dignity and my expectations were beyond met. Thank you, Kevin, and everyone at Charleston Mitsubishi. I love my ride.Kevin was amazing he did not contact me for 24 hours after I asked not to be called initially. We texted back and forth Kevin sent videos of 2 vehicles! So polite and courteous, I swore I would not buy another vehicle at this dealership but! Kevin and the team were so fantastic, quick, and so respectful. My issues with the former owners was in the service dept. so I’m EXTREMELY satisfied with my experience.I requested not to be phoned and I was not bothered by phone calls.Because there is always room to improve. 😉Fantastic
