Having the ser ice scheduled with an Off-Site service is somewhat off putting. I have called the in-house service desk for over 10 years with zero issues, and they know me & my 2 Mitsubishis.Very good, experienced staff, never any negative issues.Appointment time kept, service done quickly. Service desk staff very efficient.

The app isn’t accurate and shows times and dates that sometimes aren’t available. Plus the costs of services listed on the app aren’t accurate. But calling in to schedule was very easy and helpful.Great customer service with a waiting area that was thoughtfully designed and stays clean and functional.Great service. Honest about the work that needs to be done on your car and a convenient and clean waiting area.
