I previously mentioned how great Rodney Stanley and Justin Hatcher were. But whoever does the website for Capitol Mitsubishi also deserve much credit. It was on this website that I spotted the car I wanted before I'd even visited the dealership. I live in Huntington, WV, which is about 50 miles from the Capitol Mitsubishi dealership near Charleston. My local Huntington Mitsubishi dealership also has a website, but it didn't impress me like the website for Capitol Mitsubishi.The sales team is especially friendly and helpful. My salesman was Rodney Stanley. He could not have been kinder or more in-tune with what I needed to know before making my purchase. He was truly a pleasure to work with. Also, the sales manager, Justin Hatcher, handled all the complicated paperwork the state requires and almost made it fun. His expertise in handling the insurance, title, etc., saved me tons of personal frustration in trying to do this paperwork myself. These guys are fantastic!

Everyone was very nice and courteous, I came in for a maintenance visit and ended up with a new car. This is my 3rd vehicle from this location. I will purchase agin in the future pretty sure of that.
