Everything went smoothly till the time I stepped in door till the time I left

If I would have known that the price would have been $110 instead of the normal $60 something, I wouldn't have had you do it. I'll be going somewhere cheaper for now on.About 6 or so oil changes ago they told me I needed a new battery. They said you had one for $350. I didn't pay that outrageous price, I went that day and bought a new one for under $200. I still haven't had to use that battery because the battery you said was bad, is still running fine. Now your oil change is $50 more than it used to be. I can't afford your place anymore.

I WOULD APPRECIATE NOT BEING USED BY A BAIT & SWITCH METHOD OF ADVERTIZEMENT.WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT THE ADVERTIZED PRICE VS THE ACTUAL COST HE WAS UNSURE AND INQUIRED @ THE PRICE DIFFERENCE FOR ME. HE WAS ADIMENT I HAD NOT MET REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ADVERTIZED PRICE.SEE ABOVE COMMENTS FOR THE LACK OF ENTHUSIAMTHE ADVERTIZED PRICE WAS $4000 LESS THAN THE STICKER PRICE WHICH I WAS CHARGED.

Was through a 3rd party that didn't make the appointment so my wife showed up on time dut no appointment dut my dealer worked me in at all most the correct time thank goddesses it was only oil change thank themThe actual dealership service department is top notch but the 3rd part used for scheduling sucks make appointment and they didn't actual make the appointment but shop still got me in now that's service
