Was through a 3rd party that didn't make the appointment so my wife showed up on time dut no appointment dut my dealer worked me in at all most the correct time thank goddesses it was only oil change thank themThe actual dealership service department is top notch but the 3rd part used for scheduling sucks make appointment and they didn't actual make the appointment but shop still got me in now that's service

I simply called the service desk to make my appointment.Need coffee makerReceipt only said multipoint complete but no detailsThis location has been my choice for several years and I hope to continue getting services here.Staff knew me at check in.Location and friendly staff

Dealership clean and well organized. Job well done to my service technician and to the person at check-in. Very polite. Very conscience of finding a solution for all the customers. When I decide to buy again it will be a Mitsubishi and from this dealership.It is hard to get anyone to answer the phones on the first 3 tries or you reach a recording. Since this owner has taken over it has been more difficult than should be to even find a person to talk to or find a direct number. Once you reach an actual person, scheduling it is quick and staff very helpful and understanding.I have been able to resolve any issue I felt I had concerning warranty work. All staff extremely friendly.
