I was in contact with numerous dealerships on a daily basis because there was no question we knew we wanted to buy a mirage with preference of new. Brendon was by far the most polite, considerate, caring, and professional sales representative out of everyone that I was in contact with, as we were going through each step everyone we encountered further proved we made the right decision.Brendon had a very professional demeanor and was very caring and considerate. The process took longer due to medical issues on my part. The contact with Brendon made our mind up that this was the dealership for us. Everyone that we encountered was top teir. This was the best car buying experience that we have had, the guys at this lot are wonderful and have made Capitol Mitsubishi our go to for future purchases and we will be referring this place.

It was the only dealership out of all that had a lot to pick from, had All the info. On the cars, finance , and possibilities to make a deal, and the reassurance of a full service department. It was the best deal and the one I couldn’t refuse. The people were respectful .Eli, and all were straight up honest , nothing changed and the deal was the deal. No one pressured us. I didn't go back once I saw the tires were not filled. I have a bad back and didn't want to have to get out and walk in again. Esp when it should have been taken care of as stated.

I had to answer yes to multipoint inspection but I have no idea if it was really done.I just want to be able to trust my car is being taken care of when I come in.There is an online chat and I talked with someone who said they'd get my info to the service department and someone would call me to schedule. It never happened. I called back and talked directly to the service department a week later.
