Keep listening to the customer and giving great customer service.from the time I stepped into the showroom I was greeted and treated very well. Walter assisted me in a test drive and giving me all the details about the vehicle. Brendan handled the customer service part and I was very comfortable in the process. He set up my app, which was one task I did not have to do. There was such a great family atmosphere in the place. Tyler took care of all the paperwork. I came out with a shined vehicle. Thanking GOD for all of them.

Online appointments, I got on the Mitsubishi web site to make an appointment for the saint Albans ,wv service center it gave me an appointment for Labor Day sep.1 at 10:00 am . I thought it was alittle odd that they would be open on a holiday but I went when I got there the door was locked . I was told the service department was closed on the holiday. When I got home I received an email that I missed my appointment on sep.1 at 10:00 . Just to let you know to update the system for holidays .I did get another appointment and am very pleased ..Cathy carte
