Having the ser ice scheduled with an Off-Site service is somewhat off putting. I have called the in-house service desk for over 10 years with zero issues, and they know me & my 2 Mitsubishis.Very good, experienced staff, never any negative issues.Appointment time kept, service done quickly. Service desk staff very efficient.
