I really like it but one thing I find kind of nasty is our trash situation . It gets overflowed and it falls on the ground all the time.

Alex is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, he always responds to my maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Nice staff that was very informative. The apartment showed nice (#422) but my mother-in-law is not interested.

None of my requests were taken care of. I'm very confused.

Quick, non-cumbersome

Alex is so quick and helpful, always has a great attitude and completes the job above and beyond

It is very noisy here. From early morning leaf blowing activity (sometimes early as 8am), garbage pick ups, constant delivery trucks, neighboring dogs constantly whining or barking,children screaming at the pool or people partying in the pool area after hours; there doesn’t seem to be many quiet moments. I realize a lot of this is apart of apartment living, it just doesn’t seem like much is being done to combat the noise.

It took a little time to get resolved, but once Alex came, the service was excellent. Alex was fast, efficient, professional, kind, and very helpful. Five-star service.
