Alex completed my maintenance requests in a timely manner. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

I am just the co-signer. It is my son’s apartment. Chloe, the person he felt with was very welcoming and had little welcoming gift bags in the kitchen and bathroom and attended to any issues right away. The only negative was that he paid for a covered parking space and it was taken for the whole weekend as he was moving in.

Maintenance responded fast, batteries had died in lock mechanism after hours.

The man responded right away, completed the job and was very pleasant.

Several items in the apartment needed repairs. While some were repaired on day five of my being here, on day seven I’m still waiting for two more things to be fixed.

Easy to tour and access an apt. But I’ve tried calling multiple times to follow up and can’t reach anyone to actually book an appt and talk about leasing.

Alex, the gentleman who takes care of our apartments is knowledgable, quick and really isa very pleasant man. He is in and out quickly and always knows what to. do, I rate him a ten.
