It’s quiet and pretty safe which is great. The rent has increased rapidly and charging for a parking spot seems unnecessary. There’s also way less care of facilities than there used to be.

The apartment is OK. It is very expensive and living in the bottom apartment is challenging to hear all the noise from the apartment above.It’s also difficult to live in a place when you know that some people are paying a lot less than you for the same apartment.
