Chloe’s service was excellent. She is very kind and helpful.However, the apartment was very dirty when I moved in, with only a very superficial cleaning done. It was noticeable enough that Chloe herself took note of it. In addition, the washing machine is not working, and I have now been without it for 10 days. This has been very frustrating, especially right after moving.

To whom it may concern.I like to say that we’re having people coming from other properties and what I noticed is that the wooden fence around the complex it has been broken for a long time and also there’s a gate with a broken lock and people came in from other neighborhood.

A new lock was put in place on the door to my exterior storage area. It was done in a timely fashion and it works great. Thank you.

I am just the co-signer. It is my son’s apartment. Chloe, the person he felt with was very welcoming and had little welcoming gift bags in the kitchen and bathroom and attended to any issues right away. The only negative was that he paid for a covered parking space and it was taken for the whole weekend as he was moving in.
