I am happy to live here at Capri Creek, it’s a peaceful environment and my neighbors are kind and friendly. The staff is great and my maintenance requests are always answered in a timely manner.

When management requires doc. Etc come out very rude asking for. Also if y point out something looks like they take personal.

The staff is wonderful keeping up with the conditions of the complex. However the residence are somewhat inconsiderate of other residence and it has diminished over the last year. Loudness, slamming doors, dumping of debris, dogs barking, unsightly patio conditions and odors of pot smoking. These are issues that I realize are tough to manage and are common in a close community like this. Overall we have enjoyed being here in this tranquil area of Petaluma!

Alex responded to my maintenance request in a timely manner, he is professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Easy move in. The welcome home gifts were so cute and everyone made it feel so welcoming!

It was pretty average. They are usually really great about the services and stuff . But I had service request that involved an emergency request and it took about 3 days to get some one to come look. I had my sink leaking garbage water .
