Each request I've submitted has been completed perfectly! Thank you Alex. Also, FYI - you (Corporate) may want to update their survey to reflect the questions better - "very likely" and "not likely" don't really correlate to the questions I've been surveyed about; the move-in experience, and this one, "how would you rate your service request completion?" Likely, doesn't provide a good option to responding appropriately, and can thwart the objective of the survey, creating confusion between the question and response!

I have to make sure I also communicate with Blair about my experience so she is informed... Definitely my most interesting move-in experience I've ever had with a rental history of 18 years. I am including my leasing experience with the move-in process. The positive - the date of move-in was close to excellent! Very attentive with the walk-through. The place was close to perfect - just some minor maintenance issues that arose were fixed immediately or scheduled immediately. There was one larger issue that occurred and thankfully Blair was detail-oriented that I experienced it while she was there and therefore able to resolve the issue with maintenance immediately! The other aspect I was impressed with, was the detailed resident welcome/prep. I've never felt more welcomed, with the preparation kits left in each bathroom, in the kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator. That was impressive! The strange part of the move-in/leasing aspect was that I had to chase down each task for the acceptance process; especially getting the leasing steps, deposit details, requirements, etc. I didn't receive my lease documents and move-in instructions until 6:05pm Friday night, the day before moving in! Let me highlight that obtaining a cashier's check in 24 hours, not including a week day is stress-inducing, as was the details to plan my move, scheduling movers, packing, cleaning services, moving support and additional tasks, contacting utility companies without having confirmed dates. Having the lease immediately after acceptance or a few days following is what has always happened historically. I've never had to chase down a lease. I know Blair is managing three properties, so kuddos to her for that, but that definitely can be asking a lot of one person. Whether it is her input or the Company's standards, the special, day of move-in welcome details is an exceptional touch.
