I had a very good experience touring Captiva Club Apartments. Gloria was very kind, professional, and attentive throughout the process. She answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood the available options. I actually came back a second time the same day, and she still took the time to show me other apartments and explain the differences between them. I also liked that the apartments offered a lot of square footage for the price, which felt like a very good value. Overall, the tour was helpful, the communication was great, and my experience was very positive.

Everyone in the office at Captiva club Apartments have been nothing but extraordinary to me since I’ve been living here Talaiha is so Super in so many ways. The office staff is great and greet you with lots of smiles and feeling welcome. I love it here.🫶🏾

The office staff are good people, but the apartment itself is horrible. The complex is dirty and ugly; all the landscaping is terrible, which attracts insects and other animals.

Laundry always have a problemWith the machines many times I have to get my clothes wet because dryers no work or the washer always broke so los my money call the company and don’t send meThe check they says to do
