I love my apartment is very nice with no issues. However, my neighbors to the left and right of me are very noisy. My neighbors right next-door to me had a fight yesterday and kicked the door off. The hinges police came but went to the incorrect door this is always ongoing. Other than that. I love where I live.

It doesn't pay to trigger any kind of service from the maintenance team at Captiva, I don't think the management is concerned about the well-being of the residents. Their concern is to gradually increase the rent, include inexplicable fees and look for reasons to add extra values

Whenever I have a question Captiva Club’s staff is there to assist me. The office is always open during the hours listed and they carry out many community events to let the residence know we are appreciated and valued. I’m new to the Tampa area and strongly encourage people to come visit Captiva Club. I’m sure after one visit you will be ready to complete the necessary paperwork needed to become a resident. Thanks for all you do Captiva Club and staff. Happy to be apart of the Captiva Club family!
