Good time keeping excellent service

Took too long to diagnosis fault, asked to pick up after 5 days and the fault remained

Brought my work van in for a battery health check, van was checked whilst I waited an booked in the following week to have the battery replaced. Work was carried out professionally and in good time. Van service reception staff where lovely and offered coffee whilst I waited.

Took my Transporter in for service and mot, Due to the mot being off site I wasnt able to wait, A courtesy van was kindly arranged making it a stress free booking.I have moved ro Tunbridge Wells but still use dartford because of thier fantastic customer service. Always friendly and willing to help.

Software upgrade to my ID Buzz

Both staff members were very helpful regarding the booking in process and getting the vehicle back the same day. Hopefully the paperwork confirms this vehicle is VAT Exempt and all future visits will automatically be quote VAT exempt.

Friendly, helpful and appeared hones and trustworthy. Decent deal struck, happy wih my new van - though only had it a week!
