Neil was excellent from the first point of contact to me driving away with my new van. He responded quickly to questions I had and provided all the necessary information to help guide my decision in the purchase. I’d definitely recommend Group 1 and also Neil to others, very knowledgeable but with a friendly/relaxed attitude.

My campervan had its major service at the end of July. Around 3 weeks later, I was told that it now needed an oil change for the automatic gearbox, which was carried out recently. I am not impressed by the apparent lack of 'joined up planning' here; I would have much preferred to have all the work done at one time. However, I would like to praise your reception staff who were excellent at communicating and helping; 5 stars for them, please.

Attended to have service and MOT, from booking in my vehicle to having my service done, was made Very easy.From attending the morning of the service was greeted by Susie, who explained everything and kept me informed throughout, cannot fault the service I have received.I also attended parts to find out about a bicycle rack for my campervan, parts guy was very helpful aswell.
