Supposed to have changed the oil and the cabin filter. No documentation provided. Not shown a video of anything done to the vehicle. Wiper blades are not clearing the windscreen. Could have been changed too but nothing looked at, no recommendations from the dealer.

Neil was excellent from the first point of contact to me driving away with my new van. He responded quickly to questions I had and provided all the necessary information to help guide my decision in the purchase. I’d definitely recommend Group 1 and also Neil to others, very knowledgeable but with a friendly/relaxed attitude.

My campervan had its major service at the end of July. Around 3 weeks later, I was told that it now needed an oil change for the automatic gearbox, which was carried out recently. I am not impressed by the apparent lack of 'joined up planning' here; I would have much preferred to have all the work done at one time. However, I would like to praise your reception staff who were excellent at communicating and helping; 5 stars for them, please.
