My campervan had its major service at the end of July. Around 3 weeks later, I was told that it now needed an oil change for the automatic gearbox, which was carried out recently. I am not impressed by the apparent lack of 'joined up planning' here; I would have much preferred to have all the work done at one time. However, I would like to praise your reception staff who were excellent at communicating and helping; 5 stars for them, please.
