Good prompt service and friendly staff. a very much appreciated van wash was carried by one of the fellas. I had a query with the mot offer that hadn’t been included but this was very efficiently sorted out by staff member Susie Spinks who kept me updated with the progress.

After having very poor service from another VW Dealer, it was such a refreshing change to come to Group 1 at Dartford. To be greeted in the car park upon arrival by my name from the parking attendant, was a really nice touch. The staff at the check in desk were friendly and welcoming. It felt like the business were working as a team.I will be coming back in a couple of months with my other van.

I have been dealing with Beadles group 1 van centre in Dartford for nearly 10 years and the service is always on point. This is my fourth new van and I recently picked up my new VW Transporter. Couldn’t be happier. Neil who I deal with is a gentleman and a true professional. Thank you Beadles.

I received a communication saying my van was due a brake fluid change. I rang the booking number to book it in, along with booking it in for a service, as the service indicator had also come on, to be told it had a recall on the drive shafts. I said that I needed a courtesy vehicle, but was told there wasn't one available until the 18/06/25 which was some five to six weeks from the point of the booking? The van was left on the day and was told they would have it for a while. I returned on the following Wednesday 25th after receiving a phone call on Monday 23rd saying my van was ready for collection. The courtesy vehicle was returned and checked, the necessary paperwork complete and my van keys handed back to me. I started my van and went to drive off to find the service indicator was still on? I return to reception and said the service indicator hadn't been reset, to be told, no service had been carried out or the brakes fluid changed, only the recall has been completed? My van is now booked in for 06/08/25 which is the next available appointment to be done as a "while you wait" which has added more inconvenience to myself, and my main concern is if the van requires additional work? Adding to more inconvenience! I would like to add the receptionists were fantastic and I think the fault all stems from the initial booking? A valuable lesson learned........make sure everything has been captured at the point of booking, by having the operative repeat everything you have told them, before terminating the call.
