So far, the difference is the staff. It started with Jeff who was fantastic and competent to deal with as we decided which apartment to lease. He truly did a wonderful job. Next, it has been Christian who has gone out of his way for us even in the short time we have been here. Abdullah at the front desk has been equally helpful and supportive.
