Our latest service request was to fix an issue with sprinklers spray into one of the windows on our first floor apartment. The maintenance person tried to fix it but it is still happening. I have to close the window each night to keep the room from getting drenched.

We have lived here more than twenty years. It is a good community. The maintenance staff are helpful. Rents have been rising a lot the past few years.

Seems like the cat urine smell is finally gone after 2 treatments. Appreciate the quick response and the credit for the inconvenience. We’ve been made to feel very welcomed!
