They be saying the job is finished when it’s not and having to contact the property manager and complain! They takes days to come fix things! Thing got bad when they got new people! The old guys was the best!Bring them back!

The cover was back on the electrical box the same day. Thank you!But when I walked over to the mail kiosk this evening, I noticed the lights in the covered parking area between Building A and B were off, and they are off in both stairwells of Building B, all three levels. Was this caused by the excessive heat today? We carry flashlights so we were fine.My parking space is in the covered parking so I hope it can be fixed right away, for security as well as safety. Thank you!

The service request to fix a leak in the bathroom wall was sent may 13th. It is june 5th and still not fixed. Time and time again maintenance says "we'll be there tomorrow" but they never do until I call and open a new ticket. Then they come and do something minor and say it "needs another day" and then the wait and ticket routine begins again. The first two weeks I could not use my shower because the wall was exposed and "needed to dry." Then when the plaster was placed last week they left the shower rod detached from the wall and never came back to reinstall it. I have sent numerous texts and made numerous calls about this and no one seems to be taking this seriously. Ridiculous does not even begin to describe this.

Very pleasant interaction...and no change to the watering schedule. This morning I walked through 3 sprinklers to get to my car. Please schedule them for the early morning hours, not when people are on their way to work! Thank you.

I think it's a very nice place, very well maintained, and above all, very peaceful. Parking hasn't been a problem so far, and all our requests have been accommodated. I'm excited to see how my stay here will continue.
