Angel arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. He was patient and good at his job.

How long does it take to repair my bathroom?please come for your things I need space.very heart breaking.

Angel was very helpful in repairing the kitchen sink drain. Explained to me how to fix the drain if it clogged up again. Angel also offered to come back and help with the sink if I need help. I'm usually satisfied with the service request he completes. My only problem I have now is clothes dryer door will not stay close when dryer is on. Angel says to half fill the dryer but the door still popped open. I'm hoping the dryer door can be completed soon. Angel is a big help and I thank him for his service.

He came & fixed my heater and replaced. Very responsive & communicated what was wrong & how he had to fix it.

This was the worst experience I have ever had applying to an apartment. I was told I was fully approved and sent my lease to sign. A week later someone text me that I was not approved and I could not get anyone on the phone and it took over a month to get my money back. I would not recommend Cascadia to anyone

I had 2 service requests and only 1 was completed. Kitchen light is still constantly flickering.

Its great its a clean place its very quiet @ the repairs get fix allways do a good job its a great place lived
