He came & fixed my heater and replaced. Very responsive & communicated what was wrong & how he had to fix it.

This was the worst experience I have ever had applying to an apartment. I was told I was fully approved and sent my lease to sign. A week later someone text me that I was not approved and I could not get anyone on the phone and it took over a month to get my money back. I would not recommend Cascadia to anyone

Always attentive, helpful and on time!

It was excellent as always.

I had 2 service requests and only 1 was completed. Kitchen light is still constantly flickering.

Its great its a clean place its very quiet @ the repairs get fix allways do a good job its a great place lived

Angel goes above and beyond to complete my service requests within 24hours or less. His communication is excellent and he is so polite and nice! Working as the only maintenance for the entire property, he is so efficient. 10/10!!!
