I definitely think an in person visit would have been more beneficial. It was good to receive a professional medical opinion. Trying to schedule an appointment with a robot was very time consuming. I definitely felt it was not very personal, I would have definitely rather spoken with a person to schedule. After repeating my name 5 times I thought would it be easier if I drove there just to schedule an appointment. I would definitely prefer to not schedule an appointment with a robot.

There was a little bit of an issue with the zoom call. I joined and the meeting got ended before it ever started. A new link was sent 10 minutes later. I tried to get in and it said expired. Luckily I tried again and it worked that time.Casey was great. She was friendly and efficient.If I don't have any questions, the virtual appointments can feel a bit pointless.

I really enjoyed my virtual experience and was thankful for the option to do a telehealth visit at 4 weeks postpartum.My only heartburn is that I have not heard from Diana Health for a follow-up for my birth control option and was supposed to hear from the scheduling team for a follow up appointment
