I ordered a queen mattress and received a double size

I was compairing mattresses and to make sure I was compairing all cost I put the mattress in my cart. It asked me if I wanted to proceed with the order. I hit yes and it put the order through, no review, no asking for my 3 diget code as is done on other websites. I tried to cancel it but the AI could not find my order using email, name, ect. I could not find my order confirmation. It was 7 am so no live person was available. By the time I found my order number - 3 hours later,

Terrible customer service no one has gotten back to my multiple attempts to return my item

Still haven’t received product

I have tried 4 times to return the pillows no one is getting back to me. I’ve disputed the purchase on my credit card

I bought a mattress 13 days ago and the salesperson in charge said that it would arrive in about 3-4 days. We called the store after 10 days waiting and they scheduled the delivery to june 23rd (today). The mattress didnt arrive yet and the store said it would.

Received no confirmation / communication. I have no idea the status of my order.

I ordered this in the warehouse sale Feb 22 and it’s only going out for delivery now - Mar 11. I’d like to request for compensation.
