Mattress was not delivered by the shipping company. Only way to communicate properly was through email which had a delay 1-2 days. Called the help number, told to call sleep country Canada. Sleep country Canada said they can’t help since the order was with Casper online. Ultimately problem was resolved but not an ideal process.Support individuals were fine but the process seems flawed when a problem arises.

Sheets are beautiful, however the pillow cases are skimpy. They hardly cover a typical typical queen appropriate pillow.They could be improved by another 2".Otherwise, I am pleased.

I ordered a queen mattress and received a double size

I was compairing mattresses and to make sure I was compairing all cost I put the mattress in my cart. It asked me if I wanted to proceed with the order. I hit yes and it put the order through, no review, no asking for my 3 diget code as is done on other websites. I tried to cancel it but the AI could not find my order using email, name, ect. I could not find my order confirmation. It was 7 am so no live person was available. By the time I found my order number - 3 hours later,
