The order took over 1 month to receive, and I sent a few emails to hopefully get an answer and kept getting an AI auto response that did not help.i am only giving 2 stars because I had to call and the person I spoke with on the phone was amazing help and instantly fixed my problem.

Delivery took over a week even though both the warehouse address and my address were in Toronto. Also I keep getting these harassing surveys and apparrently Casper doesn’t know how to stop them. On these points I won’t deal with them again.

I abandoned the purchase because the discount code entry at checkout was vague. I requested a refund from your AI chat bot as it was not able to process the transaction using the discount code when asked. A human would’ve saved the sale.
