Be more truthful about what you are selling.I was going to send a email all week but I have not had the time until today .I received this review request so I am using this. I had liked the sound of your mattresses as I will be buying a new bed. Not anymore.I would normally not buy anything before trying it but I am disabled and it has gotten hard to get around.

I’m supposed to get a delivery tomorrow and I have had no information about timing

Not happy with the support of Mattress

slow subpar customer service, one of my nightstands arrived damaged & its taking forever for anything to happen. i ordered a product online hoping it would arrive in good condition, why am i waiting around for weeks for customer service to help me? update i got offered 15% refund which is abysmal.

I paid for the in home setup which was scheduled for yesterday, July 28th. I was told to expect a call from the installers in the morning to arrange a delivery window. I made special accommodations staying home from work to accept the delivery. AND.THEN.I.WAITED. I waited all day without any communication from Casper, or Endy, or Sleep Country (three pigs in a trench coat it tuns out!)*. I reached out by email and chat and got no help. The bed never arrived. I got no call.

Sales person Danny Saad ( Sleep Country on Carling Avenue was fantastic: personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Love my Casper mattress, pillows and bedding.

I ordered a mattress by phone but would not allow me to pay over my phone. Sent me email to pay. Would not allow me to pay because they said it was out of stock. Phoned back said they couldn’t take payment by phone but there was two mattresses in stock. Told me to phone sales. They wouldn’t take payment either. After 45 minutes on phone cancelled order and I bought mattress elsewhere bb

Updates from the carrier for deliveryCustomer Support shouldn't just throw back the issue to the customer saying "try during weekday" they open on weekdays

The quality of the pillow is not what I expected . The king size pillow is very soft in the middle as if there were not enough filling inside . Compare to the standard size ( I own two of them ) the king size is not supportive at all.I am going to return it .
