I have paid for the white glove service - yet I have to wait a total of 4 weeks until it is delivered due to “miscommunication” between the warehouse and the delivery team. I think we have very different definitions of white glove service.

My warranty experience was good and a replacement for my sagging mattress was delivered quickly. The new mattress, my previous model had been changed, is already giving me back pain but I feel badly asking for another replacement for the replacement.
