I came from Barrie to try out a mattress that was of interest during my visit the staff was helpful however upon check out I had some issues - I was told once I complete online I could call to figure out the rest I called for 2 days straight left messages with no luck I ended up having to drive back to the Sherway store from Barrie - once things were completed I asked for fast shipping as things were supposed to be settled sooner I was told I would hear back within an hour and again no luck

Returned a pillow. Been 3 weeks and no refund . Cannot reach anyone. No once calls back or answers to tickets. We were looking to buy a new mattress but given this poor experience with a pillow, we are reconsidering

Terrible business. First of all the first mattress we ordered was delivered to wrong address so after waiting all day I never got it. I work night shift and was up all day for nothing. So now you guys are sending me another one which was supposed to get here between 10:30-2:30 today. Bern up all day once again after a night shift and looks like I’ll be up because it now says by the end of day. This is unacceptable. Terrible business.
