I got sent the wrong item and I called Casper the next day sharing with them that they sent me the wrong it. I took photos of the item and the rep told me that someone from Casper would reach out to me to rectify the situation. That was on July 22, 2026. I haven;t heard anything since and still have this item that I did not order.

So far I have been waiting for my delivery since July 3. I was advised July 14 it was out for delivery only to be then told they could not access the building for delivery. We get numerous deliveries every day in this building without incident so this is not realistic. I called Casper today and was on hold for an hour only to be disconnected. Now I waiting once again for a call back this time from Casper, so far 45 min.

cancelled the order because service could not tell me why my order was in “in progress” status for over a week and could not tell me when it would be available and shipped.

Delay in shipping the mattresse. when contacting support i kept getting the same response, no new information available despite being 5 business days since the estimated shipping date.

I still am waiting.

Shop has no available item that we need..because we prefer supposed to be to buy and bring the item with us to save time and gas of driving going to the shop..

Where is tracking or a confirmation email?
