I ordered a mattress protector that took time to develop issues: pilling of the material that created uncomfortable lumps thatI could feel through the sheet. I was sent a replacement that developed the same issues. I wanted a refund because it was clear that the product had a design flaw and would never meet my needs, but was denied.

Ok, well the order included the twin "bliss" frame, for which the screw holes in the headboard legs weren't aligned with the screw holes in the frame's head rail, even though they are supposed to be two components for the same product.I already reported this error to the online support, but I haven't received an adequate response about how it is going to be handled.
