I was happy with the condition of the building overall and the amenities were clean and organized.I was truthfully a little disappointed with the state of our unit when we moved in. There were some places that looked like they were not cleaned as well I thought they would have been. The windows were quite dirty as well as some of the base boards throughout the unit. There were paint splatters on the floors as well as large paint marks on the tile around our tub/shower. Some people may read this and say that I was knit picking, but when I move into a new space it isn’t very sprawling when there are paint splatters on the floors, bathrooms, as well as dirty windows.The bathrooms were clean and fresh as well as the kitchen. The dishwasher was pristine which was very appreciated. The cupboards were very clean as well.We are happy to be fully moved in and slowly getting settled. I suggestion I have moving forward is to focus a bit more time on the small details throughout the unit. Otherwise we are happy with Castlehill.

The person that helped was amazing kind and fixed my issue much faster then i expected. They had great communication or efficient and quick as well. Respected my space and the apartment. I definitely hope to see that worker again as they were so awesome.

What ever liquid went into the track is still there and sticky.Also, just wanted to add the you always have these notices of the rules but never enforced or implemented . Like smoking in the building or your spring notice. I see the opposite all the time since I’ve been here now a year.
